– Print out of the Application Form showing particulars of candidate.

– One Coloured Passport Photograph.

– Writing materials (2B Pencil and Eraser).

– Face Mask (Optional).

Requirement for Nigerian Navy Screening

Photocopies of Degree/HND certificate.
NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate (Compulsory. Serving Personnel to present a letter from unit /ID card).
Writing materials (2B pencil, eraser, and sharpener only)
Consent Form for Parents/Guardians.
Form of Acknowledgement
Face Mask.

NB: In the examination halls, cell phones and other kinds of communication are prohibited.
