JAMB ADDS WHATSAPP TO ITS SUPPORT AND COMPLAINT CENTER
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), a proactive agency charged with conducting entrance examinations into all tertiary institutions in Nigeria, has introduced the use of WhatsApp as an additional support and complaint platform as part of measures to effectively attend to the diverse needs of candidates and other clients alike.
According to the information provided to Edustuff, candidates and other stakeholders would benefit from quick communications and responses to any questions they may have about the Board’s operational processes with this additional platform.
To that aim, ASD Technologies, the WhatsApp solution’s creator, announced that the platform will assist with things like stage process registration procedures and offering a feedback system for optimal service delivery.
NB: The platform is intended to supplement rather than replace the existing ticketing system, allowing for more access to key services, among other things.
