All the candidates who are interested in registering for the JAMB 2025 UTME and Direct Entry should be informed that they can now generate their 10-digit JAMB profile code using their mobile phones by dialing the new JAMB USSD Code.

How to Generate JAMB Profile Code 2025

  1. Send the phrase “NIN” followed by a space and your 11-digit NIN number, e.g NIN 00236795678 to 55019 or 66019
  2. You will receive a reply that contains your JAMB profile code and full name after sending the message, the profile code is ten digits unique number e.g. 6457281331.

NB: Your Sim will be debited 50 Naira. Before sending the SMS, make sure you have at least N50 Naira on your phone’s airtime.

How to Generate JAMB Profile Code via USSD | New

To get your JAMB profile code via USSD dial *55019*1*NIN (National Identification Number) # and send to generate the 10-Digit unique profile code or use *66019*1*NIN#.

After procuring your JAMB 10-Digit profile code you have to proceed to purchase your JAMB e-PIN online using your Mobile phone.

The introduction of the new USSD code was part of measures JAMB has put in place to address some challenges experienced by candidates while registering for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

JAMB has confirmed that the board was connecting effectively with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) on the registration process and have had not much to worry about.

  22. I sat for 2020 jamb. Can I use the profile code of 2020 to register this year’s 2022 Jamb.

    This is because I have tried time without number to generate the profile code through sms and ussd code but none is working. Meanwhile both of my sim cards are linked with NIN.

    Each time I try through SMS they will tell me “no record found. Text your Email with NIN and Name to nicm.2020jamb@gmail.com and try again within 4 four days. Even the ussd code seems not to be working.

    I am even tired of trying.

    • For the past one month, I’ve been trying to generate profile code. The reply I do get is “processing” up till this very moment. It’s quite unfair .
