Just 10 Percent Of TESCOM Applicants Scored Above 50 Percent – TESCOM Chairman
While speaking on a radio station at Ibadan, Fresh Fm on Monday which is today, Mr. Akinade Alamu The chairman of Oyo State Teaching Service Commission, TESCOM, said that only 10 percent of applicants who sat for the CBT examinations to recruit new post-primary school teachers in the state scored above fifty percent.
Meanwhile, he said that TESCOM board is confused about how to carry out the recruitment exercise due to the poor performance of applicants.
He also stated that some stakeholders have advised the board to recruit applicants and grade them based on the subject they would teach.
